Fisher is proudly smiling and saying, that doing great things and making good decisions haven‘t been always easy. It seems like, he isn't sure, he is somebody you'd look up to.

Hank Hanson grew up in Charleston and knows Hank Fisher pretty well. When in Charleston, both are spending a lot of time together.
When little Hank is asking Hanson, if he is riding with Oury now, Hanson answers:“I‘m just trying to help. I have a great connection to Mister Gifford and he wants to help too. We are in a difficult situation but there is nothing, you should fear of.“

The US marshals wanted to be sure, Price is leaving Tombstone and is not coming back, just to avoid any further problems, because they already got too many there.

Price is just passing the Chocolaterie Moulinière where he wanted to stop, because he is really into their cake, but then he is seeing Watervale‘s marshal, who just arrived.

Price is telling Watervale's marshal Merlin Doney, that he was told to contact him as soon as he has arrived in Watervale.
The marshal is telling him, that he thinks, it isn‘t the best idea to stay here in Watervale, after he just had a fight with someone of McLaren‘s men, because these men are everywhere and they are pretty dangerous.
Price is answering:“Marshal, I‘m a dangerous man. You‘d might noticed.
„You are, for sure. People told me a lot of stories, but don‘t be careless and arrogant. No offense, but you are alone here and they havie an army. They have guys in the whole county. don‘t forget about that.“, is answering Doney.

Instead of eating cake at Moulinière‘s, Price is visiting Watervale‘s saloon, which is just across the Sheriff‘s office.

What Price doesn‘t know: Fancy Finley was told about Price' arrival in Watervale. He, Ernest Barbey and Micho Perez decided to haunt him. Price told Barby: „I swear to god, I gonna kill this man!“
Marshal Doney is afraid and feels, that Price could be in a diffucult situation.
He‘s afraid of Finley, but fears, he gotta do something, even when he really doesn‘t want to.

Nigel Winterburn had the feeling that Finley and his men don‘t want to waste time and attack Prince as soon as possible,.
Winterburn resolve to follow these men to back up Price in case, there is any danger for him.
It is also his plan to ask him, if he want to team up with Oury and him.

After Price sat down to enjoy his coffee, it didn‘t took a long time, when the three men started to attack him.

Winterburn is telling Price, that he is going to Benson, because he is going to meet Francis Oury there.
In addition to that, Molinette's poker tournament takes places and it would be a pitty, when Price would miss it.
"Let's have a talk with Oury in Benson. I mean, you have a lot in common with him. At least both of you wanna know what is happened during this stagecoach robbery and both of you might thing, McLaren is the guy, who is responsible for all of that.
Of Course you don't have to follow my request, but I wish that you at least think about it."
